A B O U T
WAYACHAMP's 4-day program provides a unique opportunity for young students to experience the thrill of chamber music. Students participate in two small ensembles, a variety of workshops, chamber orchestra and a Final Concert.
Open to students aged 9 - 17.
Violin, viola and cello students must be equivalent to AMEB grade 1 or have been having lessons for at least 2 years.
Piano students must be at least grade 6+
Wind quintet students (flute, clarinet, oboe, French horn or bassoon) at least grade 6+ and are accepted by audition.

Half-day participation
This option available only to string students. Ticket includes attendance for 1 student for half the day, each day of the Academy, plus performance in the Final Concert. Attendance time is 9:30- 12pm each day.
